Bob Rode made the buying process simple and non intimidating. He provided a concise proposal with no additional fees. Direct and to the point. So many other dealers have hidden fees and up charges. Hats off to Megan in finance for being so thorough. The entire purchase experience was great. I live in Lexington and will gladly make the easy drive to Richmond to shop at Gates.
