I found my XT5 on Cars.com and inquired about availability. Mackenzie responded in a timely manner and, even though I never met her, she went to great lengths to give us complete information and answer every concern we had. She even arranged for us to complete the purchase through one of their dealerships near us relieving us of a 6 hour drive to get it. I was very surprised (!) to see some negative reviews here. I got my car in July 2022, after searching several other dealerships in Houston area (incl. Tom Peacock and others). I was extremely frustrated by that point, since all dealerships had extra mark ups, and tried to rip me off. In most of them, service was very clingy, in Toyota Don McGill dealership a guy literally did not allow me to exit unless his supervisors "approves" that I could leave their facilities. Then I found Sewell. Not only Sewell did not have any extra mark ups or fees, the whole service experience seemed extremely superior and comfortable, I felt like I was in a posh hotel or a Cadillac (pun intended). Now I'm looking for an upgrade to a bigger car, and looking only at Sewell dealerships (which kind of frustrating in a way, since they only deal with 3-4 brands in Houston, but I'd rather confine my selection criteria than deal with those other dealerships again :)
