I am a disabled veteran and I got my daughter a car from here so she can help me get around. In just 2 months the engine seized and the dealer said he would help us. When I went down back to the dealer, I got no help or assistance. If you value the money you work hard for, do not buy a car from this place.

Do NOT waste your time or money. These people give car lots a bad name. Eveything seems easy andnpergect til they wrongfully repossess it with some lame make up claim just so they can turn around and resell it. This place will rob u and not think twice about. They have no shame. They r dirty crooked people ALL of them associated with this place. Do NOt b fooled. Lawsuit time.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. THEY SELL DAMAGED CARS. THEY WILL REPO ON ACCIDENT AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED. MANAGEMENT SUCKS. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. LOCATED IN HUMBLE. ITEMS WERE STOLEN OUT OF MY CAR WHEN THEY "ACCIDENTLY" REPOED MY CAR. THEY ALSO WERE DRIVING MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THEY TOWED MY CAR ON ACCIDENT AND BROUGHT IT BACK ON EMPTY ONCE I CALLED AND HAD TO PROVE THAT MY CAR WAS COMPLIANT WITH THE TERMS OF MY CONTRACT. THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE MISTAKE BUT I REFUSED TO PAY ANYTHING WHICH IS WHY THE RECEPTIONIST DROVE MY VEHICLE AN HOUR AWAY TO MY HOUSE. DO NOT BUY !!!! WARNING THEY WILL FIND EVERY REASON GO REPO YOUR VEHICLE. THIS COMPANY IS VERY MONEY HUNGRY AND LACKS ALOTIN THE MANAGEMENT AREA. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE NOT ONE BIT ABOUT CUSTOMERS. THE REEL YOU IN AND BOOM HERE COMES EVERY PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH xxxx WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO GET AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING BUSINESS . Don’t waste your time with these cons and Predators!! This place is the reason they should update the Lemon Laws. I will never do business with these people again.

At first they was great. Everything was wonderful and fine. Then my payements started being late, they said and i was getting charged late fees, even though I payed with money orders, that shows the dates. Then when I started sending it Registered Mail, they repoed my truck because, They said I had no insurance. WRONG!!! I had and stil have insurance from the company they recommended! Just a different office/agent. Charged me $400 for their mistake and wouldn't let me have my truck until I agreed to pay it. Then David calls tries to tell me my payment is late, because it was due on the day before (Friday), but when you read my contract it states every other Saturday! He told me I was lying and didnt know what it said. These people are a true piece of work. They inly person up there that has any commen sense is Candy and she is a real sweetheart.
