I recently took my Smart Car to the Santa Barbara Mercedes-Benz Dealership. It needed routine service and repair. I was helped by Service Advisor Michael Ruch. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Michael went out of his way to see that I received the best service and price. Everyone I met at the dealership was helpful and friendly. And Michael very graciously helped locate and mail to me some materials that I had accidentally left in the loaner car.
