I wish there was a NO Stars option. Stay away from the Service Dept. Total disaster. Took my car in for a simple "Tire Pressure" warning light. Paid $188 to get the gauge fixed. Five days later the light pops on again, PLUS the Engine light pops on at exactly the same time. Take the car back. Their conclusion-- just a coincidence the light popped on re the tire because now it is a different tire. And the engine light--OH, that's just a coincidence also even thought it happened simultaneously. Wow! Two coincidences at the same time. Makes you wonder what is going on back in that service shop.

Let me start this review by stating I have no problems with the Sales side at Vaden of Beaufort, however the service department (Mostly Fixed operations manager Gino Latturulo)leaves much to be desired. I dropped off my brand new 2025 GMC Sierra for an 8:30am appointment time (2-17-25) for an oil change and to check the transmission. Received a call back from the service advisor around 10:30 to say that the transmission issue could not be replicated (which I'm ok with as it doesn't happen all the time). The oil had not been changed and I was told that they were short handed and would be done by 3:00. I had not heard from my service advisor by 3:00 so I decided to go to the dealership to see what the hold up was. I was told it was next on the list and would be about 4:00-4:30. I asked to speak with the person in charge of the department and along comes Gino. He Didn't even introduce himself, asked for me and asked "what the problem was" told him my issues to which he responded "sorry, we only have 2 lifts capable of handling your size truck". I stated" this is precisely why I had set the appointment, and is it the lifts or being short handed" as I was told by the service adviser. He said its the lifts. Then I stated' this is why your service department has a bad reputation here in town". To which his reply was "Get out". Threatened to call the police after I shared a few choice words and have me trespassed from the dealership. So to the Vaden's or the powers that be, I would suggest Gino's termination as I will never be back as long as he is employed and will advise everyone I know to avoid this service department until this issue is resolved. By the way this was my 2nd purchase from Vaden, but will be my last until? UPDATE: Spoke with the sales manager today who accused me of Physical violence and told me I was not allowed back even for the oil changes included in our deal. This is a total lie as I never threatened anyone. I was highly upset and using bad language but so was there Fixed operations manager Gino on the showroom floor. If you insist on the falsehoods, please feel free to upload the video surveillance from your showroom floor as I am positive I never threatened anyone and was your employee who instigated the situation. So now, I will NEVER return to any Vaden dealership!!!!!

Purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT4 "Manager Special". Sales experience was actually pretty good. Sales person was pleasant, easy to work with. My disappointment is with the after sales experience. 3 weeks after purchase, the brakes began screeching with even slight pedal pressure. In my opinion if you purchase a vehicle and you need to have the brakes serviced before the first payment is due, the dealership should be willing to take some action to relieve some of the customer inconvenience. I asked about the possibility of a loaner vehicle so I would be able to get this done during the week, without missing work. I was told there is no policy for that, but that sometimes it is possible. Ok, fine..a week goes by and no call back. I then call for service, I get the call center, and the lady tells me she will check into my request and call me back. Same deal..A week goes by, I call service and get the call center yet again.. this time I call the desk directly and ask to speak to service at the Beaufort location. I am told that I need to speak to my sales person, and that he might be able to help with my request. I call my sales person and he tells me it is a service issue, and to call them back. Finally, I just drove in to speak to someone in person at the service area. They say ok, and that they will check into this and call me back. Again, no call back. Finally I just give up on the loaner idea and call to schedule a weekend appointment, so now, I have to give up a weekend with no vehicle for a 6 week old purchase.. so I go into the dealership to see about the 12/12000 warranty I purchased and if there was a way that this could be covered. Somehow I end up with the finance person I worked with, apparently because the used car manager couldn't be bothered to speak to me, telling me that the brakes are "consumable" and are not covered..ok..I get it..I bought the car, you got your money, now don't bother us anymore. Well, mission accomplished..I won't bother you anymore, especially when it comes time to buy a new car. Oh, and the money you would have made on the service will be going somewhere else also.

I bought a vehicle from this dealer on the 21st of July .Drive from ATL to pick it up cause I was trading mine In.On my drive back it started raining heavily but I was able to get home parked the vehicle an hour later I ran out to get the manual to my surprise there was water and the dashboard some water on the infotainment I looked up and realized that the overhead liner next to the mirror that water was dripping from there I immediately took action to cover the dashboard and the entertainment That very evening I reached out to my salesperson let him know that I have an issue with the vehicle in less than 8 hours of owning the vehicle there was water leaking into my car. I apologized and I showed me that I'd be taken care of He spoke to his sales manager and they said to go have the vehicle looked at and get back to us at what it will cost to remedy this issue and then took the vehicle in on the 1st as I couldn't get in sooner to range Rover in Gwinnett and was told the leak in is coming from windshield and would cost $2K to replace. I Then reached out to my sales person and let them know what the dealer said and even provide a proof and he told me that he needs to confirm with his manager.today the 2nd I spoke to Joe I guess he's one of the managers and then he would he said he was going to send it up to his boss I then got a call from a Richard who was adamant that they were not going to replace the windshield contrary to what I was told .So I said I have no problem to bring this vehicle back it's less than 2 weeks and I reported this issue immediately on the day I got it.He was a bit arrogant since the deal had been funded by the finance company so I'm a bit surprised that they didn't catch this leak since they supposedly detailed the vehicle .Anyway please stay away from this dealer all that glitters ain't gold. kudos to Willie my sales guy he tried to resolve this for me but management was about the bottom dollar and not caring about retaining a client .Buyer beware in this new world of social media and tech world will spread.shame on Vaden of Beaufort .Spoiling their reputation on a measley $2k

They are dishonest and will take advantage of someone at a drop of a dime. I’m a disabled veteran who got taken advantage of by this dealership. It eventually coast me 6,500 dollars to get out of a loan on a vehicle they took possession of from me within 24 hours. When I wouldn’t budge on buying it the sales manager was trying to bully me and told me not to come back to the dealership. They took the keys and all the paperwork but continue to fund the loan after our disagreement. They could have easily canceled the loan but instead they harassed my family and I to the point my wife had a breakdown. Then backed me into a corner where it would have started to affect my credit if i didn’t pay them the 6500 that it cost to have the truck for a day. So they are grossly marking up the vehicles or just ripping people off. Like I said I tried to reason with them and even offered to pay the commission to the sales women they would not except anything I suggested thus backing me into a corner and having to take a loan out to pay them the 6,500 that they demanded. So just remember if you decide to go there how they treat military never mind I’m a disabled veteran so just remember that when your thinking of buying a car. I would drive right by there to a different dealership trust me when I tell you it will save you headaches somewhere with them. I will be organizing protests in the next few weeks so please join and support your red white and blue they obviously don’t.

If I could give no stars I would!!! Never in my life have I ever experienced the mad crazy of no one now what they are doing... when you have challenging credit they want to put you into something you can't afford after telling them time and time again what you have down and what you can afford... bought a 2016 gmc terrain had it a total of 6 days check engine light comes on... took it back to the dealer they kept it 20 days and said it was a timing chain problem fixed it... and went to pick it up and as soon as I started it...check engine light came back on... they kept it another week and I went to pick it up after they Said it was fixed... started it again...check engine light came back on... wanted my down payment back and was told no its gone we put you in a car... so I looked for another car to trade into... got a 2017 Nissan murano and they wanted to jack the payments up again... this has been one of the worst experiences ever... now after we get that stuff straight now I'm getting a letter from the dmv stating license will be Suspended due to not having insurance on the gmc since some how they have a tag I never received for the gmc... im so done with this crap... buyers beware if you don't have perfect credit don't deal with these people...
