Mason was great to work with. Minimal pressure. However after getting all of the documents signed and my delivered for me to drive away, then it was revealed that the key fob was for a completely different vehicle and not the one I purchased. They tried a new battery in the fob and sent me home with that fob. Well 2 days later the fob no longer worked and would not start the vehicle. They towed it away and got me a loaner car to use until they can figure out with a lock smith what is required to have a working key fob. I truly feel the dealership should have noticed that it was not the correct fob for the vehicle and should have just ordered me a new replacement

What an incredible dealership. Everything from start to finish at Clement Hyundai was over the top first class. Great focus on customer service. The dealership was spotless. Very clean, modern and inviting. Tristan was a great salesman. Typically you expect a salesman to be quite pushing and talkative. Tristan was not. He listened was very thoughtful in his responses and didn't try to push anything. He had a Trumans knowledge of the entire process, but also each individual vehicle. Would definitely recommend him.
