i was sold a 2021 dodge charger,over priced45000.,to discover it was in a front end collision,since air bags installed.sway bat .struts.front end alignment winshield washer containerr.took mikes autobody was told it was fixed with all after markey parts,when i went back to dealership i was again lied to ND BLOWN OFF. now monday 2023 it being repossed becuase i am out of woek(surgery) and connot afford the payments,had i known about the collison (air bags deployed) i would have walked away they got a jeep renegade20217000 in returned...now they are owned by another company.......thanks for ruining my creit ron and brandon collins (brooksville) i only heard SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU.....i guess its attorney time,,,,,,,,lol....good luck finding one.....if i do ill post it here.....

The deal we shut on for the payment sales manager assured me I was not told payment would not change when I received payment in mail it was higher I argued to one payment they did not stack to it if I new the payment was not the same I would not have signed

This dealership will Rip you off. Their used vehicles are Junk and they do not disclose any information of accident or mechanical history. You have to ask multiple times for a Carfax. Check your paperwork well because they will state fees and finance charges and amounts and then when you sign the paperwork the numbers magically change. They will try to pass right over their scams and rush you through the buying process. The management is rude and unwilling to work with customers with their complaints. Both of the dealerships should be closed down. Since the purchase of my vehicle 4 months ago I can not believe how many people have told me how they have had the same issues or worse issues with the dealerships. BUYERS THIS IS A BIG BEWARE!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Buyers Beware. They sold me a lemon that broke down 10 min. Up the road. I returned the vehicle to the dealership in Spring Hill where their mechanics told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the Brooksville dealership three times to be repaired. They finally took the vehicle back and put me in a more expensive vehicle that I did not even want. They messed up the sales paperwork several times along with the transfer of tag on the vehicle. The communication in the dealerships is very poor no one knows what the other person is doing. They nickel and dime you and scam you all the way through the process. Most horrible buying experience I've ever had in my life when purchasing a vehicle

I have bought 4 vehicles from them in the last 6 months. I have never had a problem. They seem to always have inventory and I have never not found what I am looking for. That includes ordering exactly what I wanted on some occasions. Some of the reviews on here are one sided. I have bought more than 200 automobiles from many different dealers. They all have good days and bad days, just like we do. But in the end it is the willingness of the staff to make things right. I will continue to buy my new and used cars here.
