This dealership sucks. Terrible customer service, rude and unwilling to help Go to Faulkner down the road

Was quoted one price over phone but after I drove 45 minutes the price quoted was modified to the dealers favor. This was a mistake on my part; I trusted them which was a mistake I will not repeat. To add insult to injury, sales personnel indicted their amusement at this situation. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Seek out a better dealership than these folks, I did

I went to Patriot GMC in Boyertown because we had an interset sales deal. All ready to go and when i drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and they informed me the price increased by $10k over the deal made online. Now i am at Oneil. I had great service from the late Jamie at the Oneil Collision Center in hatboro on multiple occasions. I figured i would give this dealership a shot at my new truck. Right from the beginning i felt i was being well taking care of. I am working with Eric Wong and found him to be honest and forthright. I initially looked at a GMC Denalli, loved the truck, however towing capacity was much less than i required. He helped me look into exactly what i need, and we are in the process of building the right truck for me. So far, this dealership has been easy to work with and has made this exciting purchase fun. Kudos to Team Oneil!

False promises with this dealership "The truck is absolutely available I have the keys ready for you" Complete Lies... Thanks to a woman named Madison who assured me that the specific truck I was traveling a distance to take a look at was available and it would be ready view when I arrived. Madison had also sent a message letting me know she pulled the keys aside what she claimed to be an available truck . I arrived to the dealership and located the truck, pulled up to be greeted by a salesman who let me know this truck was sold on a previous day and was waiting to be delivered. I should have known Madison was using a typical sales tactic and was wasting my time. I told her several times from the start I was only interested in that one specific truck. I immediately contacted Madison after being told the truck was sold and her response was "I am extremely sorry. That is not how we operate. I was not aware that the vehicle had a deposit on it. On my end it was still showing as in stock, and the keys were still on the available board. Again I am very sorry about this." I then responded with "So that is how you operate... So you've identified an issue within your department yet this is how you will proceed with your business. Wasting people's time is not how you earn business." save your time and go to a different dealer.

It is a good experience with O'Neil Buick Gmc on Warminster PA I purchased warranty from this Dealer they gave me the balance refund amount for the warranty good customer service I used to go for the regular maintenance for my car for this dealer for almost three to four years they are really good in service Department

Annual Inspection. No problems found except I needed new wiper blades. Friendly people, clean waiting area, free coffee.Not too long a wait and I was on my way Good experience.
