After more than 15 years of leasing vehicles, this was by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. What should have been an exciting moment—finally getting a vehicle I had been wanting for a long time—turned into a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
During the signing process, the mileage allowance on my lease was lowered without clear transparency, which I did not discover until later. In addition, the dealership failed to process the return of my previous leased vehicle in a timely manner, which resulted in me paying for two vehicles for an entire month while only in possession of one.
To make matters worse, I repeatedly asked the dealership to reimburse me for the extra charges I incurred because they returned my prior vehicle to Nissan late. I was repeatedly told that Nissan would take care of reimbursing me, yet that never happened. Those assurances turned out to be inaccurate, and no one took responsibility for resolving the issue.
What concerns me most is the lack of accountability, communication, and honesty I experienced from the staff and leadership. These issues should never happen in a professional dealership environment, especially when customers are making significant financial commitments.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others. I am sharing this review as a warning for anyone considering doing business here, so you can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid a similar experience.
Hobie is someone I truly enjoy working with. He is always willing to help me out, especially when it comes to managing my service time, and I can rely on him whenever I need support. He is very professional, respectful, and kind in the way he communicates and handles situations. What stands out most is his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to help others. Working with him makes the job easier and more efficient, and I appreciate having him on the team.
I was told they had several 2025 kicks for $19048.00 and definitely could keep my payment under $300.00 monthly. When I went to the dealership the had me test drive a 2026 and would work with me giving discounts. Again I asked about the 2025 for $29048.00 and was told the could get me the 2026. So the manager said even when I tried to express that I did not want a 2026. After all was said and done the final price was over $24000.00 with payments over $350.00 monthly. I now consider what the advertise on the internet is false advertising. Internet sales personnel are lied to just to get you in.
Lawrence Mouton was very helpful when I need a battery for my key. He was very attentive and took care of me within 10 minutes. That’s what I call service!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Hedi for years, and he is truly the most wonderful salesman I have ever met. His professionalism, kindness, and honesty are the reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, my last visit was shocking. When I arrived, Hedi welcomed me warmly greeted me as always. Out of nowhere, a salesman Jonathan ran toward me, grabbed my hand, and said, “I will help you.” He tried to force himself into the sale, even after I clearly told him, “I’m with Hedi, and this behavior is not right. I will speak to the manager about you.” He laughed in my face. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, pushy, and downright rude behavior at a dealership before. If it weren’t for Hedi calming me down, I would have immediately gone to the manager. The presence of people like Jonathan will seriously damage the reputation of this business.
