Terrible experience at Volvo Naples. I brought my car in the same day the A/C went out. They said it was the air compressor and quoted my husband $6,000—double what other Volvo dealers and local shops estimated. When we asked if they could adjust the price because it seemed high, they flatly said no. We declined the repair but did authorize a software update and diagnostics. Later, I noticed they had a coupon for a free A/C check yet still charged me $299.95 for it just that piece. They also charged me $150.97 for the software upgrade and the part cost $0.99 per my repair summary. When I questioned the charges to better understand at pick up, since it was my car, the service advisor brushed me off, saying my husband already agreed and told me to just insert my card for payment. Extremely disappointed. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and clearly trying to take advantage. I will never return and will actively warn others about Volvo Naples. Go somewhere else to get your Volvo serviced for sure!
This was far and away the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Every staff member was incredible and we are thrilled with the car and the service provided!

You reached your goal of complete customer satisfaction. We arrived with an unscheduled need for service due to one tire losing pressure while were enroute to the airport The first pleasant surprise was when we drove into the bay and were met by Raul Quebles who immediately found a small piece of metal hidden between the treads. After placing protective covering on seat and floor, Raul promptly relayed our situation to Service Advisor Ryan Pereiras. Ryan exhibited a sense of urgency and professionalism. Ryan's friendliness was sincere and genuine. The tire was repaired in short order at a reasonable and fair price. The waiting area and restrooms are first class. Even Joe Parisi - General Manager / Managing Partner: General Manager / Managing Partner checkd on us. They made a potentially stressful situation enjoyable.
Buying a car is normally painful but dealing with Jacob was a complete pleasure. He was very responsive, took his time with me and made everything simple. I love my new XC90 and hopefully will be able to deal with Jacob in the future.
Working with Jacob online i asked him to look into the Volvo XC40 deals available for lease. I had been offered an pull forward deal through my previous dealer in Delray Beach. Jacob worked to get the deal, sharpening his numbers so that my previous dealer who i had leased 4 cars through and purchased another could not beat his numbers. I went down to the dealership, Jacob had everything prepared and ready to sign. With minimal effort on my part I drove away with a great deal and new lease through Naples Volvo. An excellent leasing experience.
