What Others Say

Just to clarify, I visited the Fort Myers location on Colonial not Bonita. I was greeted by a nice gentlemen in the service line who directed me inside to the front desk. The lady there was very pleasant and called her associate to let her know that I had an appointment. I was quickly greeted by Rose after her call. She was fantastic. Although she mentioned she was new she seemed to know so much about her job. Rose was very friendly and accommodating. I had just moved from New York and needed to get in the Suzuki system here to keep up-to-date with my leasing maintenance. Rose was able to input my info and update my service info. In addition to her great customer service, the gentlemen who worked on my car did an excellent job! They had me out in very good time and I was ultra satisfied with their work. They inspected, oil changed, and gave my Kizashi a nice cleaning in and out. I look forward to my next servicing for sure. I also asked Rose to keep me in mind if another 6-speed Manual transmission comes on the lot as I would be very interested. I love this car and would be excited to drive a new modle. Thank you Germain Suzuki, Rose, and the Service People in Fort Myers! Sincerely, Lexie Turner & The Gray Goose - aka 2012 Suzuki Kizashi GTS
