We bought our BMW at Personal Car Shopper after shopping for the car for a few weeks. Staff was very friendly and professional. Arkady took his time to locate a good car for us and he was very patient. He wanted to make sure that we got the right car for our needs. He helped us choose the right extended warranty which we also purchased. They assisted us in getting very good financing. We never felt pressured. I can honestly say that although we live about an hour drive away, we would not hesitate to come back to Personal Car Shopper to purchase another vehicle in the future.
