To be honest I think they are money hungry and annoying. They didn't give me any discount but sold me some insurance that cost almost $3,000 and the place didn't know that I existed. So, I want whatever money I can get back. Also, they try to sell you more vehicle maintenance plans and want a credit card or debit card. Even though I told the man, "I will not give you any more money." "I have a mechanic who is much more responsible and will let me watch him work on my car. Not break or loosen something to where I would have to go back and pay more like I think Bill Marine scammers are doing.

Searching for a new vehicle during the shortage was a nightmare, until I called Pascal at Bill Marine. I found a car that I was interested in driving and he made the process easy and painless. I called ahead and he had the car pulled out of the showroom for me to drive and ready to go. I typically buy a new car every three years and this was one of the easiest to date. No back and forth trying to work a deal for hours. There is no doubt I will be back again for my next vehicle. Cheryl in finance was just as pleasant. There was no excessive pressure to buy additional add-ons. She breezed through the paperwork in no time.

I chose to lease a VW Tiguan. Mr. Hamilton was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all 'pushy'. He took time to answer my many questions. The color and model wasn't available but the dealer was able to locate my car and had it ready for delivery on the promised day. This was my first experience at leasing and my first visit to Bill Marine. It won't be my last.

I found Marine VW through Chug. Internet pricing was more competitive than Detroit area dealers. Filled out request for more info on their website. No reply after 6 hours. I called and asked for "anyone who could help with online VW sales." Tom Board was quick to answer and offer a deal. From initial contact on a Friday at 3PM, we had a deal Saturday at noon. I picked up the cat Saturday at 4PM. All staff at the in-person visit were helpful. Tom did a great job balancing explaining the car with our desire to get on the road. Overall, it was simple, fair, quick and easy. Recommended.

I have bought quite a few cars in my life and can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had!
