What Others Say

I went in for service with a known Subaru problem, DCM parasitic current draw. I told the service department this, and provided a copy of the service bulletin. They told me it didn't apply to my model. I was told I had to pay $109 for diagnostics before any service. This got me a video of my dirty air filter. They came back and said I had to buy a new battery BEFORE they would diagnose the electrical problem. Afterwards, they said that it was just the battery. I asked for the old battery back because it was less than a year old and they refused. The battery cost $325, for an original Subaru battery made by Interstate, the same company as my $170 battery. The problem is still there. I contacted the Subaru customer advocate in December and they said the dealership did not respond to them. Still no response.

Just purchased a certified used Subaru from this dealership. It was a very good experience, the dealer was not pushy and took his time to help us through the purchase. I would recommend 100%. We will definitely return for our next purchase.

Went in for service, my advisor was very knowledgeable and explained the need for the repair I had done.

We have purchased 2 new Subaru's in the past year. We have our Subaru's serviced there also. Always great service and the people are very helpful. Last time I was in Thorne Silvius took great care of both of our Subaru's. While in there I asked about trading in my Outback to get more options. Jared Ady and Shaun Swihart took great care of me. Went above and beyond communicating with me to made sure I got the Outback I wanted. No pressure, very easy to deal with. After you purchase your Subaru. Make an appointment with Matt Phillips. He will go over all the cool options the Subaru you purchased can do and some you didn't know. He is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer your questions you have. Definitely a great place to buy Subaru. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I live in Cleveland, but when I am searching for a new car I talk to dealers from Buffalo to Chicago. I have been doing this for years and I can honestly say the dealers in smaller towns will give you the best deal, if you are willing to travel. Two weeks ago I contacted over 20 dealers and by far the best deal and the nicest people were Diehl in Massillon. Thorne Silvius was great as was Tim Smith the sales manager. No xxxxxxxx, no games. Their pricing was excellent and they were very easy to deal with. I drove down there, the car was ready, they got me through finance fast and away I went in a new Outback. I highly recommend you to them if you are thinking about leasing or buying a Subaru. Great dealer, no hassles at great prices ... cannot beat that from Buffalo to Chicago.

I had a great time learning about Subaru and buying a car for the first time at Diehl Subaru! The process was informative and engaging, the paperwork was done efficiently without missing any details, and the sales department (Rick Spieth in particular) did an amazing job going over the vehicle I was interested in.
