I have Ben going to same dealer since 2016 have bought 2 brand new cars there. Always treated great love the way they treat you.
It took 3 visits to service center till my daughter’s continued reports of strange noises from hydronic brake system repair were taken seriously. It turned out to be a dangerously damaged wheel hub or cap related to the work done was about to snap. Service center then replaced the part. Thank goodness it didn’t break while my daughter was commuting the parkway to & from work! Not sure who the mechanics were.
I have been going to Lester Glenn service since 2018 and I even purchased a new 2024 Cross trek Wilderness. Very happy with the service thank you Lester Glenn
