I haven't purchased a car in 20 years, but it was time for a new one. I was looking for a used car. Seth was the salesman I worked with and he was awesome. He showed me a few different cars and I fell in love with a used Subaru Impreza. The price was amazing and the car was in great shape. Seth did all the paperwork involving changing over my insurance and getting my plates. He sat in the car with me and showed me all the features. My 2005 Taurus was very basic, so this was all new to me. Will is their financial guy and he walked me through the paperwork required. It took no time at all. The whole process was easy. Thank you, Lester Glenn Subaru, and Seth and Will!! I texted Seth after I got home and turned off the car and the radio was still on. He texted back immediately to say it was on a delay and would shut off when I opened the door...and it did!! You can't beat the service!! The staff was wonderful...and made buying a car stress free!!

I needed emergency service on my vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. I was seen right away by Eric and even given a loaner car. Sean kept me informed every step of the way. A completely different problem was revealed during the multipoint inspection. Thank goodness it was covered under my warranty, as it involved taking the engine out of the vehicle! Nonetheless, it took 3 business days to fix what I had come in for AND the newfound problem. What could have been a very stressful time was easy breezy! Thank you to Eric and Sean. Lester Glenn, you are lucky to have them representing you!

Lester Glenn Subaru service department is the best service department I ever dealt with.  Easy to schedule work and I have never experienced a long wait time.  I always deal with Nicole and she is truly a professional.  She addresses all your concerns as will as advise you of recommendations, with no pressure.  I also like this place as the mechanic sends you a text video of his inspection of your vehicle as you are there.  Going over everything.  If I have any questions about the inspection, Nicole answers them or will get you the answer.

Service department was wonderful, my car was ready within the hour. Very. friendly staff. Didn't remember the staff member name.
