The salesman lied about options on truck. When I called him to discuss the issues, he lost my number. I wrote letter to the dealership and Dodge. In fairness to Joe I emailed copy before sending it. He called (found my number) and asked for 24 hours to see what he could do. I gave him the time because he did apologize for misleading comments in his words. Never heard from him again, he lost number and email after that. I made every effort to shop local and got the worst screwing I could have. He is why car dealers have bad names. After making O'connors fully aware of what he did they ignored it. Buyer beware shopping in Pickford Mi.
I gave the salesman our wish list. Joe Claxson looked at it, told me one of them made more sense and was cheaper after market. After spending well over 30k with him we got head ache we have to live with. He flat lied to get car of the lot. Now that I have brought up problem, he lost my # and e-mail.
