The process of buying our new GMC Sierra was smooth and fast with Jason Howard. Jason Howard explained everything about the process and all the specs of the truck very throughly. This is our 1st time purchasing with Ferguson and I can definitely say we didn't sit in the car lot for HOURS to make a deal like we have at other car lots in the past. Thank You Jason!
I generally do not write reviews but I felt it was important to recognize the exceptional service I received from Mr. Ronald Conaway. After conducting a nationwide search for a truck, I decided to purchase my 2026 Denali from Ronald. From my first phone conversations with Ronald he had a decency about him. He was not pushy, and he took time to walk me through all of my options, never attempting to force a deal on me. Due to the fact I had my truck shipped out, the deal took a few days. Ronald kept in touch with me, answering all of my calls and texts. He even stayed after hours to supervise the loading of my truck onto the auto carrier, sending me pictures to assure me my truck was secured. I know reviews can be misleading, but make no mistake Ronald Conaway treated me right, knew what he was talking about, and I felt good about the deal I got. I would not hesitate to work with Ferguson GMC again, more specifically Ronald.

This dealership is awesome! Jeremy my sales agent was very good to me! Helped me get into a very nice vehicle came & picked me up in my car & helped with the hole process. He’s just a good genuine man! I see why he has back to back sales awards! I definitely recommend shopping for a vehicle @ Ferguson superstore.
Pretty easy deal. We knew what we wanted and set a time to come look at the car. It was parked where it was easy to get around, just had to move it to a spot that had enough light to see. The only down side? The "Doc" fee. Just call it what it is, "additional dealer profit".
I really liked being here and having Jason Howard help us out. My husband and I are very new to car buying and Jason Howard really helped and explained how things work. He was very professional and good for us.
