Jason Howard was a pleasure to work with; I own a fleet of trucks and buy several a year for work. I had never delt with Ferguson before but will do so from now on. I had looked around at several dealers (in state and out of state) for Yukon Denalis. Ferguson had a good selection so I stopped by to look. Ike was the first guy out the front door to help me. He got keys, moved vehicles, went on two test drives with me and answered all my questions. He avoided overhyped sales techniques, showed interest in my plans/ideas regarding choice of vehicle and overall did a very professional job of helping me to make my buying decision. I enjoyed my experience very much and look forward to my new Yukon!
