I had an issue with my Volvo when visiting PA. I live in TX. They could not have been more accommodating. Lisa in Service was very nice, keeping me posted as to when they might get to my car. I figured I'd be there all day, but my car's issue was diagnosed, handled and I was on my way home by noon. My 4th Volvo and I've previously had service in NJ, PA, TX, and GA. Wow, I’ve never done this before but, I am now because I just had the easiest and one of the best car buying experiences in my life…and I’m old. The salesman we worked with, Cory Hendry was warm, personable, knowledgable and very focused on our experience as well as a bundle of positive energy. The finance manager made what is usually stressful to me, enjoyable. He too, knows his business. Both of them were professional and welcoming. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for our Volvo care after this experience.
