Purchased today (October 29), a 2010 Honda Odyssey. The negative reviews I had read on other sites gave me a few worries, but they were all assuaged when I walked through the door. This is a clean, efficient, friendly and honest dealership, in my opinion. Eliel was friendly, open, professional and explained everything to my wife and I, and was quite patient with all her (and my) questions. As to the time involved, first, I should state that we intended to buy, based on our first-hand inspection of the vehicle, and did not need to finance. We walked into the building at about 1:30 PM and were on the road back home before 4 PM. This included some time needed by the service department to correct a minor problem with one of the sliding doors and to clean and prep the vehicle for delivery, and it certainly was well cleaned when we took delivery. I would most certainly buy another vehicle from this dealership and would recommend it to others, if asked.
