I had even touched base with 2 out of state, and visited one in Foley, AL. No one helped me like Terry Thompson. I called in to make an appointment to visit and got salesman extraordinaire, Max Sanders. Not pushy, not condescending, & not one question about my "credit standing" until I picked a vehicle. The whole process was so simple. I didn't sit in dealership for hours, there was no haggling, none of the games of "this is the vehicle you can get" (vs the one I want), just helpful guidance. I picked a vehicle out as the dealership was closing, and had the keys in my hand when I got off work the next day (yes, we did a lengthy test drive, not some go to the light & turn around BS). Steve made financing so easy, I actually still liked him when we were done! Then Max Sanders, my sales professional (who has the patience of a Saint,) detailed every new bell & whistle I had on my new truck & even took care of setting up the Sirius/On Star amenities. He earned my lifelong business. Heck, he feels like family now! To top it all off, Terry Thompson's service department took care of installing a couple of other upgrades I had ordered and THAT department too was nothing but great. Professional, courteous, attention without pushy or aggressive. They treat you like you matter from the time you call in a get the cheery receptionist until you drive off the lot with a tank of gas, a comprehensive warranty, and a fantastic new Chevrolet vehicle. Buying a car is not an easy job, but the Thompson team made the task a pleasure for me from start to finish. I felt little pressure in my decision making, only made two visits to the dealership and found a great car to suit our needs; communication was plenty and helpful all along the way. I have done plenty of research from Jacksonville to to Pensacola and jumped on Terry Thompson. Negotiated price over the phone with China. She said she would talk to her manager and get back with me. It didn't take but 10-15 mins and she called back. I didn't like the price, so i made another offer she said she'd call back and again 10-15 mins goes buy and my phone was ringing. She gave me out the door price and i was on my way up. Upon arrival Richard Barlow we met up with and said he would take it from there. Showed me the car. The car was ready for the most part and looked amazing. I test drove it and hit about 50MPH and noticed the car was shaking. It was due to the weights on the wheels that fell off. we brought it back and Richard wasted ZERO time to make sure it got fixed. I gave the keys to the mechanic he asked which side I thought it was coming from and he was off before I could take a step to get it fixed. Richard made sure I knew what he needed from me and was smart and FAST about the whole process. Very friendly and just an absolute please working with him. In the Finance Department I worked with Jason Noell. Everything was ready set up and he explained what each paper was that i was signing. He didn't mind how long it took me to read over the papers and answer questions I had. The ONLY NEGATIVE I didn't like is that he asked my to sign the check I had with me before he wrote the price of the vehicle on there. I noticed that and asked him write it in and fill it out before I signed for it and he did with pleasure. I don't doubt it was a long day for the entire crew and he just forgot after dealing with all the paper work to include it was at the end of the day. All and all it was an amazing experience and I wasn't there for more than an hour in a half. I truly recommend this team that I dealt with along with the dealership!!!!

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership and they handled it well. It was brisk and fair and the product sold was presented extremely well. In addition, the salesman and follow on finance personnel were excellent in their interactions.
