Was very good customer service experience went down from Wilkes-barre pa 2 hours drive was Worth the drive found a nice car. Good mileage clean and runners good to and if you have bad credit they work with you and fine you something nice so is you are looking for a new car this is the place you are looking for and we had a great sale man he was very nice and funny his name is JOE BENASTTI REALLY NICE GUY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Would like to be able to have a dealership work more for the customer. Over the phone we were told one thing we come in and we nearly walked but really needed a car. High mileages tho.

I previously wrote a review about two months ago, right after I purchased my car, before I had the problems with it less than two weeks later. I gave a good review because Brian begged me to, and I thought I was being helped out. Turned out these guys are scam artists. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this place. I had major issues with this car less than two weeks after I purchased it. Then the owner tried to lie about everything when I wrote a bad review on the BBB site. Save your money and go to a reputable, well known car dealership.

Bryan was amazing he amazing helped me find the vehicle I lived the Bristol store is huge a huge inventory I will send family & friends!!!!!!!

No doubt these fellahs will make sure you get a car, by any means necessary, just don't lose your car key, you will not be provided a spare without a hassle and you still may not even afterwards. Fellas employees of the month cost me $604 for spare keys provided by a different dealer because they wouldn't provide me what should have come with my car.

this fellah location on cottman ave was a very helpful experience. everyone here has great customer service. they made us feel very comfortable especially with my kids. they explained the process and made a great plan we could work with to our likings. I can definitely see us coming back to this location in the future.
