From the very beginning, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in understanding my needs rather than pushing a sale. That was key for me since I live in Florida and they're in North Carolina. Although I ultimately decided to postpone the purchase, my decision was made solely because I anticipate being in a more advantageous financial position in the short to medium term—not due to any hesitation about the product or the experience itself. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and willingness to listen, which speaks volumes about how they treat their customers, especially because the majority of experiences with some Mazda dealers in my area have been subpar. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a new or used Mazda, and I fully intend to contact them again when I’m ready to move forward myself. Just bought a brand new CX-5, and the experience was great. Taylor Perrotta, the saleswoman, was professional and straight to the point. I felt no pressure at all during the buying process — it truly felt like I was talking to someone I knew, not someone with a fake corporate demeanor. Bought a new mazda from Mazda of South Char 11/6. Went in to look and checkout prices and was assisted by Angel Garcia. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. It wasn't a hassle like buying a car and arguing back and forth, it was so pleasant. I walked in looking and walked out with a brand new vehicle. Overall they get 10 stars. Angel our sales person and Ron the financial man were awesome along with Bobby (I think was his name) were great.
