I enjoyed working with Jon’von. He was very helpful. My car was done on time as promised.
They were helpful and professional at explaining what they were going to do. The computer program issue has improved considerably, but it is not completely resolved.
My car was there for a month. With no loaner and a $7000 bill. For what was supposed to be $3600. The technician misdiagnosed and cost us a bunch.
They were really helpful and worked well to get me thru the process to get the car and get on my way
Annoying for the schedule , the phone calls and numbers. Came in person, and then told I still had to schedule. The issue was not fixed, but was told I can spend $13k on repairs instead
I was an out of state buyer and Ethan took great care of me. He stayed in constant communication and addressed any concerns I had. Upon arrival, we took the car for a test drive, it was ready and clean up front for my arrival. Easy transaction, thank you for your help.
