Amazing dealership and service center highly recommended they definitely know how to put the customer first

Everyone here is extremely helpful, friendly and laid back. Didn't feel pressured at all by anyone and felt they went above and beyond for me. evin Dunn has to be one of the kindest sales people I've ever met. I called him in slight frustration from trying to secure a vehicle from another dealership that I worked with in the past where I purchased 5 vehicles over the years.I went in to see him that day, and drove off with my new vehicle the following day. He gave me more towards the cost of the vehicle and more towards my trade than the other dealership, all without any pressure. I found everyone to be laid back, friendly and extremely helpful, specifically, Kevin, Danny and Savian. I will be referring others here and will be back in the spring to purchase a new vehicle for my wife.

I’ve been coming to Gervais Volkswagen since 2018. Even when we moved to NH, we drive down to Gervais because of the quality of service. Out of all the dealerships and service departments that we’ve used, Gervais sales and service are the best. Liliana in particular is amazing- I just went in for an oil change and after not seeing her for 3 years, she remembered me and personal life details. The team is a bunch of genuine real people run by a company that clearly cares about the customer.
