They were able to schedule me in ok. I brought my car in because it had an issue starting and there was a recall on the Airbag OCS sensor located in the front passenger seat. It cost me over $400 to have the starter motor replaced. The starter motor was over $200 itself. That is 2-3 times more than what I found for prices online. They said they needed to order the OCS sensor... that was back in December... it is now April... never heard from them again. I will never do business with any of the Alderman's dealerships again.

I brought my car into Alderman's Kia because my check engine light was on and the car was shaking. The service advisor was friendly and they were able to fit me in. The problem ended up being two failed ignition coils. While they were friendly and were able to get my car back on the road when promised, I feel that I was overcharged. For aftermarket ignition coils I paid about twice what I could have bought them online for.
