I purchased multiple cars from Matthews planet preowned. This time was kind of one of the I would say different than the others. The salesman Jeremy was OK, but didn’t seem to take consideration. Some of my concerns did not tell me that the rewards credit expired until after I saw the revised price of the car sales price that did not impress me. Sometimes his attitude was awful a little bit. I would not recommend Jeremy again to anyone. The only reason things worked out the way they did was because of Jack Richardson. Jack went out of his way to make sure things were met to my satisfaction and I’m glad I have that with Jack Richardson in the past and also just on this last recent transaction so thank you to Jack Richardson. He’s the one who actually settled the deal for me

Easy to make an appointment for service. I waited for service and inspection which was done quickly. Waiting room is comfortable with nice amenities.
