Chad was amazing. He found the problem, a serious one. He inquired and researched my warranty that I wasn't even sure about. They fixed my car. Saved me a TON of money. I will NEVER take my beloved Kona anywhere else but Vision Hyundai of Canandaigua, NY. Chad's da man and all his staff too!

Harrison was very pleasant. He said my recall would take approximately an hour as my Tuscon actually had 2 recalls. I did wait a little over an hour. He then took time to bring my Tuscon from the lot to me.
