Hands down, BEST ford dealership I’ve ever worked with!! The service department is top notch and earned my trust on day one! Of all the dealerships in the central Georgia area (and I’ve tried them all) I will only be taking my Ford to Brannen Ford!
THE BEST SERVICE SHOP IN THE MIDDLE GEORGIA AREA AND THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS GREAT TO DEAL WITH.
It was very easy to make an appointment online. I liked the reminders about the appointment. Everybody was very nice and helpful. The customer waiting area was comfortable and I enjoyed a few cup of coffee while i waited.
They are great never had a problem and always friendly, love their efficient service always.
The service department personnel are outstanding! That went above and beyond to get me back in my car after repairing a faulty gauges display on my 2023 Lincoln Nautilus.
