What Others Say

I have used this dealership multiple times to get my Chevy Camaro serviced and they have never disappointed me. They have nice advisors. Kenny goes above and beyond to help the customers.

Took my 2017 Chevy equinox into the service department for new tires and an alignment ,cost me about $1100. Two weeks later I started hearing a noise coming from the front left tire they told me that the wheel hub assembly needed to be replace and that it would cost $600. One of the main reason for a wheel hub assembly failure is improper installment. They told me that these parts sometimes fail no matter the mileages (my car has 50000 miles on it) or that it was caused due to weather change causing contamination there are no signs of damage on the wheel rim and it was less than a month ago when I had this done. They told me there’s no way that the Installment was done wrong, maybe they have robots back there working on the cars and nobody can make a mistake but I will be taking my business somewhere else because Steve Moore Chevrolet dealership will not guarantee their work done right!

contacted them around 10am. received no help until almost 4pm. was told someone would get to me in a few minutes and no one did. only after I wrote a very upset message did someone FINALLY reach out. and reached out in Spanish without even knowing are asking if I spoke Spanish. clearly I was profiled by my last name and the fact that I told them my credit wasnt perfect. so if you want assistance tell them your credit is perfect and your last name is smith, then you can get help. meanwhile Parks chevy was the exact opposite. they were very busy too but still found it important to reach out within 15 minutes and were great. and it didnt matter what my last name was and didnt just assume I was a spanish speaking minority. absolutely terrible customer service.

Service Dept: I have been working with Steve Moore over the past year to keep up maintenance for my Chevy Silverado and a disturbing turn of events came about that I feel the need to share. This was a warranted vehicle that had a couple needs for software update with failure warnings, seat malfunction and a part replacement. I worked with 2 representatives for these repairs over a week and could not get a response. After letting them know I would come pick up the vehicle and go elsewhere, I was told that it would be ready at day's end. This continued for 2 more days with 5 separate trips to pick up the truck, Ubers and family drives to the dealership. I walked on the lot to find the truck with not one repair complete. I ask for a loaner at this point. The truck was repaired and ready to go at the end of the day. Returned the loaner and was charged a rental fee, I left extremely frustrated and immediately returned to get our child's equipment out of the rental. Gone. I asked to speak with Scott Howell the manager of service and was not able to get any of our items back. I followed up for a couple of weeks by phone and email at their request. No response, no explanation, no liability for items that were left in the loaner for the 15 minutes we were off the lot. So frustrating to work with this team on so many levels. I have been at Randy Marion since that time and it is worth the drive. 1st Class service all the way and they have never heard of paying for a loaner car. Much less the poor credibility behind personal belongings. Never again at Steve Moore.

This draler used bait and switch bad. I saw a price in their web page and call to confirm, they said yes once i got there they made up excuses and the price was over abd they try to offer low payments and that is the mistake mpst people makes. They like a comfortable payment but the car is overpriced and you will pay it in 7 years. I decied not to do it. Then i saw in auyotrader they had a 2019 cheaper to what they offered me for 2018. I called and asked and the answer was it was a typo mistake and i also told why then all the other 2018 are.cheaper to what they offered me. So people, what ever you see online is a LIE they just want you to go there and force you to buy in a different price making you believe is a good deal.

I purchased Gap insurance when I purchased my vehicle back in 2013. August of 2017 my husband was in an accident that totaled my car. Gap insurance claim was filed and a document was needed from the dealership. Everything was submitted except for that. I went in person to the dealership, the gap claims department called the dealership, and i also called. Each time we were referred to a “Marie” in cancellation department. Countless voicemails have been left and no follow up. This was back in Aug-October. I didn’t hear anything for awhile assuming everything was taking care of;however, I received a letter from my finance company stating the remainder balance is still due. It’s not clear to me how I made my car payments that included payment for Gap coverage through a finance company that was recommended through this dealership, and notnim having difficulty in trying to use it. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I would definitely not go back there to purchase a car and I didn’t. I purchased a new car with a neighboring dealership.
