I purchased a car and driving off the lot I had started getting second thoughts and got home realizing I wanted the other car so I drove there talked to Kurt and he said he will let me know tomorrow if I can exchange the vehicle. The next day they approved I could exchange it and I was thankful. They all treated me well regardless of whether we did all the work for the previous car for nothing. They treated me with respect and did the exchange but it’s not something they always do. But they did it for me.
