Amanda and Jimmy were very professional and courteous. They both have a great attitude and really seem to enjoy the process of sales while providing the customer an informed and comfortable experience. They were on my side. Can't ask for more. Hope they are still there for my next purchase.
The dealership was very accommodating. My salesperson, James Mosher was extremely helpful. He made the buying process a pleasant experience.
Emily is the only service advisor that I will use. She is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. If she says my car needs something it gets done. I have around 230K on my Camry hybrid and hoping to get to 400,000. In my opinion, she makes Daytona Toyota what it is.
Antoinette was very nice but I can tell she is newer. We got no orientation on how to use everything in the car. So I have no idea what some of the buttons are or how things work. Which is frustrating.
