We were received at the proper time, and given a good estimate of when the work would be completed.
Service center is organized and work was completed quicker than expected. Richard kept me updated and informed me of items that will need to be addressed soon.
They were polite. When I arrived, they said I didn't have an appointment when in truth, I did. But they took me in right away so everything was good.
