We had a very good experience with dealership and our salesman Tre. We had found a truck on the lot and Tre got us in it where we wanted to be.

I HAVE BOUGHT 3 VEHICLES FROM MCKINNON. LAST ONE WAS A $43,000 GR COROLLA PREMIUM, 2024. THE SALES GUY, "$100 MAN STEVE" DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME LATER AND THANK ME. WHEN I CALLED HIM, HE DIDN'T KNOW WHO I WAS. I DON'T APPRECIATE THAT BECAUSE I HAVE BOUGHT 3 CARS FROM MCKINNON FROM 2016 TO 2024. SHOW ME MORE RESPECT!
This was the easiest, best car buying experience of my life. The salesperson Dennita was incredible. She really went above and beyond my expectations. She made sure all my questions were answered and that the car was exactly what I wanted. While I was waiting on it to be detailed, she sent me pictures and communicated with me. I had a question and she immediately had me on FaceTime addressing my concern. After the sale she sent me an email making sure I was happy with everything. She has a customer for life now. The sales manager and general manager were absolutely incredible. The easiest negotiation I have ever done. This was a zero stress sale for me. No running back and forth playing games, just a fair price for a great car. The price was in the middle of the Kelly blue book value. They could have sold the car for way more, considering everyone else had their 4Runners at $5,000 above high retail kbb. I was at the gas station where I met the owner of the dealership and he wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Absolutely I am happy with you for providing the best experience ever buying a car. I will ONLY buy from you now.
Too busy playing on phone to greet service customer. I had to go in and get them after waiting over 10 minutes on the service line. Refused request to use Toyota Genuine Motor Oil for oil change service.
