When I pulled in to the service department Dean Block was ready to handle my service request. He had all the information for my service and readily explained what was going to happen in the maintenance bin. He was polite, professional, and gave you a good feel about who was taking care of my car. The dealership is always bright, clean and has the feeling of good friends looking after your vehicle. The waiting room is always clean and makes you feel like you are sitting in your living room. When my car was ready Dean told me what they fixed and what to do if I have the same issues again with the Bluelink system. He had the paperwork ready for my signature and informed me they had washed my car. I was again one of Mitchell Hyundai satisfied customers.
Service advisor was waiting and prepared for my appointed time. Technician was pleasant and professional when I spoke to him about my vehicle. Cashier could be a little more personable and friendly, especially making eye contact.
I worked with them over the phone and the whole experience was fantastic. From the sales person to the finance manager.
