Took care of the problem and was in and out in just minutes. They knew what the problem was and took care of it.

We had completely quit going to this location due to the number of bad experiences over the last 10 years. It is the closest to our home and business so we kept giving them another chance but were consistently let down in seemingly every way possible. Then Pine Belt bought this location so we thought we would try again. The service department is entirely different now. Mike especially has been exactly what you would want as a Service Advisor. I'm very grateful Pine Belt is now operating this location. I have had great experiences at their other locations, but they are further away. Now I get great service and the convenience of being close.
