Scheduled an appointment for some basic recalls. I was hoping for an afternoon time slot, but the scheduler was upfront and asked if I could do a morning appointment to make sure everything could be completed. No problem—we set up the date and time. When I arrived on the day of the appointment, I was greeted promptly, and we discussed the recalls before I dropped off my car. Throughout the time my vehicle was there, I received multiple text updates keeping me informed on the progress. Once the work was completed, I received a text, a phone call, and an email letting me know my car was ready for pickup whenever I was available. The email was from the technician who worked on my vehicle and included a video update showing the work that was performed. Great communication, great staff, and an overall excellent experience. 5 stars!
