We purchased our vehicle from here almost four years ago, and it was a nightmare from the beginning. It took forever, then we had to go back and ge a second paper plate because Chandra couldn’t get it right, ad to pick up paperwork in a parking lot because we were going out of state. She sold us additional warranty that was not available at the dealership ( I got $500 taking off my loan) but continue with it in my loan. Five weeks ago the vehicle just stopped. We took it to be looked at, and was told it needed a new motor, no warning or check engine light. The place took it to found that Hyundai had an extended warranty on the motor, which we are under. Had it towed to Hyundai dealership in Fort Wayne, who informed us that there was a recall on the knock sensor in 2018 which was never repaired, lochmandy did not advise of us this. This sensor is what tells computer there is a problem. We are still waiting to see if the warranty is still valid, or if sensor will make it null and void. Would not recommend, and they will be hearing from our lawyer if my warranty is not upheld
