They fix all the problems I was having with my truck and I have one more to take care of in a few weeks
He did try to contact me to alert me my part was in, but did not leave a message so i was unaware part was in/what was needed. He did end up getting ahold of my dad whom assisted in scheduling my car to come in. Minor miscommunication.
Friendly. The only thing that would have made it better is if Gates would have washed my car. It was covered in dust when I picked it up.
