Great work always trying too figure out the problem never gives up thank you for decation

Michiana Chrysler dropped the ball big time regarding a recall. I called them they setup an appointment to come get the service completed. When I got there to my appointment they said they needed a signature to authorize ordering the part. Wasted my morning. Months later no follow up. I had called and left a message and never received a call back. I call auto park to inquire about my recall. They ordered the part over the phone with no signature needed. I get told it’ll be a week or two and they will schedule me. They ended up getting the part early. Got me on the books and completed the recall. Great staff and probably a total of 2 weeks from first call to recall completion. Recommend Auto Park as the best CDJR dealer in the area.

Everyone at Auto Park Chrysler was great. This dealership is about an hour away, so I called in advance with some questions, and Kris answered everyone of them. Kris took care of us at the dealership - no pressure, no gimmicks, no games - just good old fashioned service from everyone involved. Thank You so much!!
