Good dealership because it is local and the staff is nice and knowledgeable and kept me updated on the work.

Service was good. Information about tire rotation was given. Staff staff was pleasant and informing.
Dealership is clean and welcoming. The waiting area is well stocked with coffee and drinks and some simple snacks and kept clean, even in the middle of winter with salt and snow everywhere. As a Wagoneer owner, they detail my vehicle each time its in for service at no charge, which is an awesome perk. The service managers communicate well and are always very friendly. I've visited other dealers, and this one sets the bar in my opinion.
