On our family road trip, our plug-in hybrid minivan had some major issues. Iverson got us in right away and did their best to sort everything out. They were good with communication and had a loaner for us to borrow while we waited for the work to be done. While the fix didn't work in the end, they were kind enough to offer us half of our money back. If we were local, we would have had them finish the job. They asked us to let them know how the repair goes in our hometown so they can use that knowledge next time they see this sort of issue with a plug-in hybrid.

I was able to get an oil change without notice. I came in was able to get it done within an half hour before they closed. They did an excellent job.

Very willing to satisfy the customer. They should look over the vehicles a little better because the windshield wiper blade were shot on the pickup I bought. Other than than that I was very satisfied. And I would recommend Iverson Chrysler Center to friends and family.
