Initially, I came in to DeVoe for an oil/filter change and tire rotation service of my 2021 CT-4 Premium Luxury Cadillac. John Mullins is my service manager and he's great. While waiting in DeVoe'lovely customer waiting room, having one of their warm lattes, I decided to walk over to the showroom to look at their 2026 CT-5s. My CT-4 was 5 years old and I'd been considering upgrading to a new 2026 model. When I walked in, Celeste Chandler approached me and inquired if she assist. It was sooo comfortable to work with a female salesperson. She was very warm, personable, informative and forthright! Just amazing. I loved my shopping experience; there was no pushing or hard sell tactics. Within a short time I realized I was ready to buy my new car. Both Celeste and Brandon made it happen with a hassle-free trade-in and new car purchase transaction. This dealership is great and buyers should see what they are all about.

I checked online before coming into the store to trade in my 2017 XT5. I recognized Michael’s name when I came in since his picture was associated online with one of the XT5 vehicles that I was interested in checking out. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He explained the newer features on the XT5s and the differences between the 2 cars that I was interested in; he superseded my expectations in buying the 2024 Cadillac XT5 vs the 2023 model helping me decide to go with the newer model. The additional cost compared to purchasing a newer model with more features made my decision an easy one. I love the car and I love the silver color with the light interior. Michael made the whole sales process very comfortable and he was great to work with.
