Arrived early for my oil change / tire rotation appointment. Alex was quick to get me checked in My Outback was ready to go in a very acceptable amount of time. The video provided by the service tech was great, and Amex came out and went over the service report with me. Nothing bad to say, at all.

We have been buying Subarus from this dealership since 2001 and having those vehicles serviced. Sales and service have always been excellent. The only complaint I have now is the phone service scheduling. It is horrible. The phone appointment schedulers know absolutely nothing. If a person has a need other than just a routine service, it is extremely hard to talk to someone actually in the service department. Once this is accomplished, they are great taking care of what you need.
