We didn’t get another drill left in our hood lol. We enjoy our wait there and everyone seems to be nice and accommodating. Even some lady who worked there, gave my service dog a “chew-baru” toy.
I was in LR visiting family and took my ‘21 Outback Touring XT in for its 72k service. I was very satisfied with the response of the service writer, Clavius and SUPER impressed by the, large, open and airy waiting area, especially the espresso & tea bar and pastries display. It was such a pleasant experience that I sent pix to my Subaru dealership in Greensboro, NC!!

Clayvius is great--kept us informed, very friendly and helpful. We were there for a while (four tires replaced, plus alignment)--waiting room is very comfortable.
This was probably th easiest vehicle purchase I've ever had. Austin was so patient with all my questions. He made multiple trips to the service department for clarification, and never made me feel like a bother for asking questions. I am definitely comfortable referring friends to Subaru and to Austin specifically.
They kept me informed. Nice waiting area. Duncan's was great....very personable and helpful. Had a great interaction with a sales rep as well. Got my service timely.
