Refusing warranty service because I filled out about the experience on my visit with them. Said they are parting ways with my business due to trust issue. Worst service office management and associates (-one of them)
The worst service I've received from any dealership! My car hasn't ran since I received a free oll change from Cavenaugh Kia located in Jonesboro Arkansas!
They were amazing and super helpful. Not pushy like most dealerships to get you to just buy a car. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have amazing customer service.
If you use your dealership for vehicle service DO NOT expect much from this dealership. I took my 2017 Sorento in for diagnostic and repairs ( I felt like it would be in the nationwide recall for Engine failure due to poor oil performance and retention) on March 3. After it was not not repaired when July rolled around we decided to have it moved to another dealership. I'm not sure how they expect people to function without a vehicle, but apparently they do. I only had one car at the time of my engine messing up. I had to buy another vehicle because I had no way to get anywhere and had 3 school aged kids. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Had my car for 6 weeks never figured out what was wrong and charged me outrageous amount. I recommend never get your car serviced by them. They never called me I had to call them once a week and they said I didn't have a appointment so they were working on my car in-between appointments but that is not true!!! After 6 weeks I called and they said it had electrical problems and I needed a new motor?? I took it to a different mechanic shop and it was fixed in just one week!! Worst place ever
I had an appointment for a simple oil change. They moved my car then an hour later asked me where it was. Over 2 hours
