Great staff! The whole experience was stress free, honest, and everyone was upfront and helpful throughout. I’m in California and had to have a vehicle to get home. My daughter’s car blew up and she needed a car for herself and her 5 kids. So, we sold her ours really cheap and went to Hansen motors for a new one for us. Thanks for making it feel so right. We are the proud new owners of. Chevy Traverse. I might just drive back in a couple years for a truck.

Friendly, curtious service from Cody as usual though felt perhaps bit better attention to details of actual work is warranted. Thermostats were replaced on my duramax and all seemed fine on 15 mile drive home though I did not check under hood. However, 'low coolant' level came up upon starting the next morning and the coolant lever was indeed almost to bottom in the reservoir. I know that a detailed protocol is outlined filling the coolant on these, and the low coolant levels suggest full procedure was not thoroughly implemented. Of course, I may have the wrong expectation here such that low coolant is common event with best efforts in which case a caution to me would have been nice so I could keep an eye out and be prepared as needed. I did have the proper coolant on hand to fill reservoir to minimum and everything seems to be holding full after 70 miles.
Always great and fast service every time I take my car in to be worked on.
Always friendly and helpful! When ever we need them they always solve whatever issues we have . Very nice!
