What Others Say

Very poor service! Moved here from out of state and always take my vehicle to the dealership for repairs and service. I needed a repair and some basic services and thinking I would be able to trust the dealership, WRONG! They kept my vehicle way to long for the things I needed done. One day turned into several. I am very familiar on how vehicles work and when was given an estimate it seemed higher than that repair would normally take. When I questioned why not only did they not have a good explanation but the service person was rude and seemed very bothered that I was questioning him. I have since found a reliable, honest, and friendly shop to take care of my vehicle. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. This is a used car lot and nothing more, the professionalism you would expect at many dealerships is seriously lacking here that's for sure!

New to the area, we needed a reliable auto mechanic for our vehicles. After two very unsatisfactory experiences with this enterprise, we now take our vehicles elsewhere for service. On both occasions we brought our vehicles in for routine maintenance and were told that specific and costly repairs were required after the inspections were performed - and this after TWO WEEKS of having each one our vehicles out of commission while in their shop. We pulled both vehicles out and took them to two other mechanics for diagnosis; neither one could identify or confirm the issues claimed by Whitehead which had set us back nearly $1k for their inspections. We had the repairs performed timely per the recommendation of the new mechanic, and everything is in working order - and for several thousand dollars less than what Whitehead estimated. Strongly recommend you go for a second opinion before you commit to work by this business.

Very poor customer service. Their head mechanic was rather rude, his attitude in general was very horrible. The main people that should be able to know and do their jobs are very ignorant, and quite frankly stupid. They do not listen nor follow through with service on your vehicle.
