This is by far the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience ever. My boyfriend and I live 40minutes away from this location we met with a couple sales people yesterday and they reassured us that they would help us out in any way possible, with that in mind we came home and decided to go back today to purchase the car we had been eyeing out. Before we started any paper work my boyfriend specifically told our sales person more than 6 times to NOT run our credit more than 1 time AND again he reassured us that he would take good care of us and that he would make sure that wouldn’t happen.. but he did the total opposite. Long story short our sales person started helping other clients and didn’t pay attention to what his finance worker was doing because HE RAN BOTH OF OUR CREDIT more than 6 times!!! After we realized they had done that we were both STILL willing to work with them and we spoke to different sales people and they all refused to help us with better pricing.

My experience went from very good to extremely poor. This review reflects Dominic, Billy, John Smith, Alex B, Eric V, and Ronny Suarez, Mike O and anyone else that I was passed on to/involved. I think part of the reason this happened is because I kept getting passed to different people and my salesmen was not paying attention. He assured me three times that my credit wouldn't be run to more then one bank. I drove to this dealership twice and did everything they asked of me. The dealership is 40 miles from my house so 160 miles total and about 4 hours total of wasted timThe reason people don't like car dealerships are because experiences like these. They lied to me they cheated me and they ran my credit 4 times after they assured me it would only be ran once. Alex the Salesperson and his manager Ronny Suarez are extremely unprofessional in this aspect. This is not how you earn someone's business. In addition to that they let a customer drive my car off the lot after the window stickers were taken off and my car was detailed after telling me they would park it out back to prevent this from happening. Atrocious customer service. Alex was very apologetic admitting fault. Eddie the general sales manager said "why are you so upset about 5 inquiries we all have inquiries" I can't believe that was a response I received. I only asked for one inquiry not 5 and I made the mistake of trusting them. That's like being a vegan going to a vegan restaurant and them serving you beef. I asked to speak to their GM Scott O they said he wouldn't be in until Monday. Disappointing would be an understatement. They also conveniently "misplaced" my written carmax quote for my trade. What a nightmare.

I took in my car for basic maintenance with no appointment. I love the VW Service Express!, Quick service . My car was ready & washed in the time frame I was told by my service advisor. Thank you Norman for your services provided with knowledge & professionalism. Friendly & polite shuttle service staff.

Great service all around! Friendly knowledgable staff. Helpful in buying, also honest. The dealership was clean. Coffee was superb. Highly recommend this dealership. The prices are the best.
